Roll.nz is proudly NZ owned and operated by Chrissi Walker and Kevin Grimes. We have been passionate enthusiests and involved in the EUC community since well before Roll.nz was founded.

This website ("site") is operated by Roll.nz (referred to in these terms of sale as "we", "us or "our"). These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products and / or services via our site, as the context requires.

You are responsible for your use of this site, and may not authorise others to use the service. Roll.nz reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to resellers or distributors. In the event we cancel your order, we will notify you by contacting you via email/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Roll.nz makes every effort to accurately display the attributes of our products. Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies and/or omissions without notice. Please note that the actual colour of products you see on your screen will depend on your individual computer monitor. We cannot guarantee your monitor will display the colour of Roll.nz products accurately. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pricing
All pricing is correct at the time of publication. Roll.nz reserves the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, you will be charged at the price that was valid at the time of ordering.
Pricing on the Roll.nz website is all in NZ dollars. Purchases made within New Zealand will include GST.
International orders will not include any taxes. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or other charges that occur when your products are delivered. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all local and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item from this site.

Roll.nz respects your privacy. To make your shopping experience easier for all of us, we need to collect information such as your name, email address and billing details so that we can process and fulfil your order, and contact you if needed.

Updating Your Personal Information And Opt Out
Roll.nz only wants to communicate with you if you’re happy to hear from us.
If you’d prefer to "opt out" of receiving promotional emails and updates from Roll.nz, you can unsubscribe via:
• Clicking on the unsubscribe link included in all emails.
• Logging into our site and managing your email preferences at the bottom of our ‘My Account’ page.
• Informing us via our contact page.
The choice to opt out of and manage these communications is also available during the sign-up process.

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal Payment Gateway. Roll.nz does not receive or store any credit card information on our servers.

Roll.nz uses electronic, physical and managerial safeguards to protect the security and privacy of your personal information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. To make sure you are accessing our secure server, check for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol in your browser. If it appears, then SSL is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read ‘https’ rather than just ‘http’. If you aren’t comfortable with the security of our online store, please feel free to contact us to place an order with us by email or telephone. Roll.nz will never request your password, user name, credit card information or any other personal information through email. If you receive an email that looks like it is from Roll.nz requesting personal information, please do not respond.
Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active. Your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfil our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us. We will respond to your request within 14 days. What Cookies/Tracking Technologies Do We Use?
